How do I place an order?

To place an order in my shop:

  • Browse and add the items to your cart
  • Go to you cart and select checkout

  • Enter your name and address details or log into your account and click continue to shipping

  • Select shipping option Express or Royal Mail Next Working Day Delivery and click continue to payment

Complete payment details and click review order. Check order details and address and once you are happy that its correct, select Pay Now button to submit your order. 

What payment can I use online?

All major credit and debit cards including; Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard.                                                                                         

PayPal

You can use PayPal to pay for your online order.

To use your PayPal account online, select 'PayPal' as the payment option at secure checkout, and confirm to 'Pay with PayPal' to be redirected to the PayPal website to log in to your account.

Klarna

You can use Klarna to pay for you online order. 

Klarna allows you to split your purchase into 3 equal interest free payments, so you can spread the cost of your order over time. Enter the credit or debit card of your choice for automatic payments every month beginning at the time your order is confirmed (usually the shipping date). No interest or added fees when you pay on time! Please visit Klarna for more information.

Why has my payment been declined?

If your payment has been declined, please check the following:

For Credit/Debit Card

  • Has the card you are using expired?
  • Are your card details correct, including security (CVC) code and expiry date?
  • Did you have to enter your 3-digit CVC code? If not, there is probably info missing in your title/name/address details.
  • Does your billing address on your order match the details held by your card provider.
  • Have you checked your card has sufficient funds?

PayPal

If you are making a payment by PayPal, have you entered your PayPal email address correctly? Does your billing address match the details held by PayPal?

Klarna

Please make sure that all your information is complete and correct. If you are still having trouble, please contact Klarna directly.

Please note: please avoid making multiple attempts to place an order that has been declined, as this could result in multiple pending charges to your chosen payment method.
